Project Spotlight

Project Remodel | Grayhawk Gold

Client Objective

Our clients wanted to update their home that they had purchased new 19 years ago. One of their main goals for the remodel was to remove the wall dividing the family room and living room, allowing them to have an open floor plan. Christopher K. Coffin Design helped them create a classic look with unique textiles and modern simplicity.

Details

The remodel began by removing the interior living room wall, soffits, flooring, cabinets and appliances. New hardwood hickory floors were installed along with Silestone Calcutta Gold counter-tops and white cabinets giving the home a light and bright feel. The homeowner chose Satin Brass plumbing and light fixtures providing a wonderful design element to the home. The master bathroom was transformed, with a free-standing tub, Carrera marble shower, wainscot walls  and herringbone-patterned floor tile. Fresh paint throughout was the last touch to make their home feel brand new again!

Happy Clients

Our clients were extremely happy with the remodel and said “it turned out even better than we expected!”
